Description

The objective of this project is to complement ongoing energy saving measures focusing on supply side in the city of Lutsk through the implementation of demand side measures in municipal buildings; to decrease energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and costs for operation and maintenance of buildings; increase the quality of indoor climate; to strengthen local capacity for further implementation of similar energy saving projects.
