Signing of the E5P grant and EBRD loan for the Batumi Bus project

E5P Grant and the EBRD loan agreements for the Batumi Bus project were signed in Batumi on 13 July. The E5P grant of EUR 1.5 million will be used to purchase electric buses, which will have strong demonstration impacts as the first electric buses introduced in the Caucasus. The signing attracted a high level of representation from the E5P donor community and from the government of Georgia and local authorities.
